Dr. Reiser is an Associate Clinical Professor of Periodontology and Implant Dentistry at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine.

He served recently as a Director and Chairman of The American Board of Periodontology, the credentialing arm of the American Academy of Periodontology.

Dr. Reiser is a Diplomat of the American Board of Periodontology. He has received three distinguished awards from the American Academy of Periodontology which include the areas of clinical research and service to profession.

He serves on an invitation basis as a consultant to the Surgeon General and has previously served as a trustee of the American Academy of Periodontology.
